Cheap Freedom Pro Bluetooth Keyboard Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop
The Freedom Pro Bluetooth Keyboad seems to be an excellent product. Unfortunately, installation of the inculuded software did not work for my Blackberry 8320, because my employer’s systems are set up such that Blackberry software must be installed on our Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). My employer was unwilling to do this because our BES is evidently somewhat unstable (nothing to do with Freedom Keyboard), so I was not able to use the keyboard. Freedom Pro was quick to help me with the needed software, once I made my may through the U.S. telephone numbers on their website which apparently all forward to an office in the U.K.
Had I been able to install the BES software, I’m quite sure I would have kept the unit. I’ve had great success in the past using an external keyboard years ago with my Palm Pilot. Very easy to type notes into emails and send them to myself, or directly into a Word doc if your phone / PDA has this function.

Cheap Keyboard Dock for iPad Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop
Short summary: I’ve had this dock at my bedside for a week or so and I am happy with it, but I would not pay a premium over list price for it.
If you have an iPad, you will want a dock. The long charging period for a completely discharged iPad–several hours–means it will be spending a fair amount of time hooked up to the wall and it’s nice if it can do something useful then. You should probably get in the habit of putting it in its dock while you sleep. if nothing else you can use the iPad as an expensive photo frame and music player. If the dock is on your desk, then this dock is definitely the way to go as it will make text entry much less stressful–I would not say much faster, as I can type nearly as fast on an iPad virtual keyboard as on a physical keyboard but it takes much more of my concentration to avoid errors, and my hand position is often awkward on the virtual keyboard. Even if the dock is at your bedside, like mine, the keyboard is still useful as I can sit up to dash off quick notes, and also access the line of specialized buttons along the top row to control the device.
It is my understanding that the keyboard portion of the dock will not work with other iPhone type devices now, but will when iPhone OS 4 is released. In the meantime, you can still use the charging and audio out features. Right now, I’m streaming Pandora audio out of the audio line out from an iPod Touch. Sounds great.
Things to watch out for: You can’t use the dock and the Apple branded iPad case. I’d recommend getting another case, as I do not like the Apple one, too bulky and hard to access the controls–I use a lovely Gelaskin to protect against scratches. The dock does not come with a charger module. You will have to buy a separate 10W charger or use the one which came with your iPad. The dock’s audio out is a line out, which means you cannot control volume from either the iPad or the dock, it will have to be controlled by the sound output device you choose: I have a nice 2.1 powered speaker system with a little twist volume remote. The dock sets the iPad in portrait orientation, so you will not be able to use the full screen size for video playback. There is no mouse support and mice make no sense in the iPad’s GUI, so you will have to get in the habit of going from the keyboard to the screen for direct manipulation.
An alternative would be to acquire a simpler dock and a Bluetooth keyboard. This might be more flexible and would allow you to type in your lap while in bed.

Cheap Apple Wireless Keyboard (Retail Packaging) Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop
I had purchased this keyboard after purchasing the dock-keyboard from my iPad. For some reason that dock-keyboard was a total miss on apple. The wireless is more elegant for many reasons
1) It’s compatible with my PS3 and PC.
2). it’s tiny enough to be carried around
The bad (if you can call it that):
- No home key for the iPad/pod/phone.
- pairing is kind of oddly difficult for first timers and phd students who graduated in mechanical engineering – yah go figure.

Cheap Apple Magic Mouse Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop

My original Bluetooth iMac mouth was getting a little squirrely — the cursor would jump around for no reason. So I decided to go for the new Magic Mouse, despite some so-so reviews. Well, I love this thing! I also have a MacBook Pro, and I love the mouse pad that uses finger gestures for many of the screen navigation features. The Magic Mouse has incorporated quite a few of these. I love the ability to scroll down and across a page using the finger gesture. I also love being able to move back and forth on the web with the swipe gesture. Although I wonder why it’s two-finger on the mouse while it is three-finger on the MacBook. The only function I’m not crazy about is the screen zoom using a combo of “command” and the up-down finger gesture on the mouse. Unlike pressing the command and plus keys, which zooms the page so that it still fits on your screen (and the print is still sharp and easier to read), the zoom feature using the mouse just enlarges the screen overall, pushing some of the page off the screen so that you have to scroll sideways and the print gets fuzzy. Perhaps this should have caused me to give it four stars, but I like the rest of the features so much, I’ll stick with five. It also fits nicely in my hand, which is relatively small.

Cheap Menotek Flexible Bluetooth Waterproof Mini Keyboard For Apple iPad 3G and Wifi models 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and iPhone 4/4G, Windows, Mac, Linux Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop
I decided to take a chance on this since I’ve been looking for an inexpensive bluetooth keyboard for messaging on my PS3 (even though I wasn’t sure if this would work with it).
The keyboard works flawlessly with my PS3 with no extra hoops to jump through or anything. Plus, it’s small, easy to stow under my coffee table, and the keys are more responsive than expected for a flexible keyboard.
For people new to adding bluetooth devices to your PS3, here is a quick rundown of the procedure:
-Go to the “Accessories” option under the setting tab.
-Click on “Manage Bluetooth Devices,” then “Add New Device.”
-Hit “Scan for new devices” on your PS3, and then when the screen advances, press the “Connect” button on you keyboard (make sure it’s turned ON
-You’ll be prompted with a set of six numbers on your PS3 that you need to input on the keyboard to register it. Press them in order, followed by the “enter” key.
-TA DA! It’s registered.
So long as you don’t hit the “Connect” button on your keyboard again, you should be paired up with the PS3 for as long as you like. Simply flip the power switch on the keyboard and start typing and it will connect again automatically.
I’m loving everything about this product and am glad I took a chance in trying it over the other more expensive bluetooth options.

Cheap Apple iPad Keyboard Dock – Keyboard Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop

I’m new to apple products. I just recently bought the iPad and wanted the option of having a regular keyboard……I have to say that this keyboard is awesome! It’s not wireless however it also works as a dock. Your iPad charges while connected to it. The only thing that I noticed was that it didn’t have a backspace button but I’m not sure whether or not all Apple keyboards have a backspace button because I’m not that familiar with the Apple line of products. I’m used to having a backspace button as well as a delete button and this keyboard only has a delete button so you basically have to move the cursor to avoid deleting the information that you want other than that the keyboard works fine. The only other thing is that your iPad stands completely vertical. There is no way to tilt it so if you’re use to being able to tilt a screen for added comfort, you’re not able to do that with this keyboard. It takes a bit of getting used to. You also have to use the iPad’s original USB cable to connect it.
.00 is a little steep for this product. I didn’t pay nearly this much for it and I got it brand new. This is marked up really high. Best buy has it for .99 and I got mine a little cheaper than that on my local military installation.

Cheap Clear mCover® Hard Shell Case (with Hard Screen Protector) for Apple iPad tablet (WiFi & 3G models, compatible with Apple original Dock and Keyboard dock) Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop
The case that I bought to protect my MacBook Pro works better than I thought. I expected a hard case, basic, probably going to break the first time I dropped it. I was happy when I got the case and saw that it was not only durable, but also had ventilation for the bottom fan area, and cute little pegs on the bottom to securely hold my computer up at a slight slant, allowing for better wrist posture while typing and a crisp viewing angle.

Cheap Apple Mac Mini MC270LL/A Desktop Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop
I researched the heck out of the mac mini. Once everything looked good I gave it the go. I have worked on macs at school, then worked solely on pc’s at home. So I was finally able to buy one for school/freelancing (graphic/web design student).
(disclaimer here for pc user skeptics: Even though I think highly of mac’s and their os interfaces, I am no mac but slave. This is so you can know that this review is coming from someone who has had experience in knowing the truth about macs and pc’s. That they serve different purposes. Pc’s are for server/standardized setups/do it yourself junkies (which I am
), and macs are made to be real work horses for graphic/multimedia work. Everything about the os is made for a high productivity rate.)
Appearance: Just opening my amazon box to getting it all set up (which only took about 5 minutes) is just amazing even in it’s presentation. Apple packages the product very nicely. The product is more beautiful than I had thought it was even from pictures all over the internet. It’s so very small, and beautiful. I thought the older mac mini’s were good looking, but this goes along with the stream lined look of the unibody mac’s/macbooks.
Ports/jacks: The back of the machine is gorgeous as well, with the black face. HDMI is pretty cool, I do wish there were more ports on the back, but then again I don’t mind at the same time because I got a D-link 4port powered usb hub where I plug most things in. I would actually suggest this to anyone as it not only saves the life of the mini’s internal power supply, but also saves wear and tear of the usb ports on the back of the unit. Slot drive is awesome as well, no clunky tray slamming out like on my old 05 pc.
Setup: This mac is perfect for anyone who already has a keyboard/mouse/monitor. I would even recommend this to ANYONE not doing professional video editing for a living. This mac is plenty powerful for anyone’s needs, and it is a SIGNIFICANT amount cheaper than any of the other macs, excluding macbooks ect. because if you need mobility, then you need mobility.
Performance: So far I have been nothing but impressed with this machine. My stats are the 2.4ghz processor with 2gb or ram. I have been able to run indesign, photoshop, flash music player, flash video, all in different spaces at the same time. And with all that it hasn’t been laggy. Boots up in maybe 20-30 seconds, shuts down and goes to sleep almost instantly. For someone who only uses internet, word processors, photo, home video editing; I would say 2gb is fine. But if you are like me and use a lot of graphic intensive programs like me. You would want to slap in 4 or even 8gb of ram. I plan to put in 8 as I have a hobby of working with AfterEffects, and Premiere.
If anyone is curious, I have Adobe Master Collection installed on my mac mini, Have not noticed one bit of slow down with all those behemoth programs on the system. Also, if anyone is curious, I have not played around with premiere really yet on it, and have only spent about 10 minutes with after effects. To test it out, I opened a large complicated after effects file, and it did pretty well. I would seriously suggest though to anyone wanting to do heavy video editing that you install 8gb of ram. I would even say that you could use this machine as video student, if you have some patience. Think about it, people who were doing video editing professionally maybe 5 years ago were working on portable macbook systems that were not far off from the mac mini. If you really need a speedy machine on a budget, along with upgrading the ram, you could replace the internal 5400rpm drive with a 7200rpm or even solid state drive. Another option is to get an external firewire 7200rpm or solidstate drive for file working/scratch disk drive. Even with all that it would still be cheaper than other macs.
Other thoughts: I also have a pc, and now the mac mini. The mini is so small that I just put it on top of my desk right beside my monitor. Then I bought a trendnet kvm switch (base model). So now I can use one keyboard/mouse/monitor, and push one button to switch. Although ever since I got my mac, I have only used my pc for word, a couple games, not very often.
OSX: Love the user interface, the entire reason I bought a mac. Spaces, expose, and everything else makes osx highly productive. Took me awhile to learn how to install programs on a mac because it was so plain simple. Instead of going through tons of setup windows, you just drag the program icon into the applications folder and it’s done. One step. The mini comes with iLife, which I have absolutely no need for. It gives you some basic programs to work with making a web site, photos, video, mail, garage band, calendar, ect. I Just don’t use them because I am going into the field of graphic/web/multimedia, so I just use my kick-A Adobe master collection, lol. For anyone who is just a general user in these areas, they actually are pretty good, especially imovie which is so easy to use.
Conclusion:I have been so happy with my purchase. And if you’re going to buy the base 2.4ghz model, you might as well buy it from amazon to save yourself the appletax price as well as regular tax and get free shipping as well! Great Deal. I would recommend this computer to anyone who is willing to try out the mac world, who is a graphic/media student, or to anyone making motion pictures, OBVIOUSLY. Great snappy little machine.
Amazon: as far as amazon on this purchase, Amazon exceeded my expectations by delivery. Arrived two weeks early! How’s that for great service.

Cheap Keyboard Dock for iPad Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop
It seems that one’s experience of this product is all about one’s expectations. If you want to leave your case on (regardless of it’s design) while you charge or edit docs you may be disappointed. If you want to use it on your lap or in bed or the shower you may be disappointed. If you want the landscape orientation you will definitely be disappointed.
On the other hand if you want a relatively inexpensive, beautiful, rock-solid base on desk, counter, table top you will not be disappointed. The Ipad fits very snugly into the heavy, solid base and stays put nicely against a high plastic, somewhat sculptural support angle. My guess is that a device with wiggle room for cases would wiggle a bit when used without a case. So I prefer to uncase it and have it fit snugly.
It would be nice to have landscape but short of having two connectors on the device itself I don’t see how this is possible. I suppose there is the alternative of a cable, stand, and bluetooth keyboard but that is too complicated for me. If you have to have landscape though………
I hadn’t noticed that the Mac keys are not fully updated for the Pad so that needs fixing but I do like the audio out. A USB or Firewire port for future enhancements would be nice but there will always be those among us who desire a whole Ipad computer with HDD and printer functionality.
I hope this was helpful.

Cheap Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit – iPad accessory kit – Apple iPad Discount Review at iPad Bluetooth Keyboard Shop
If you are on vacation and want to view or share the pictures on your camera, the iPad Camera Connection Kit makes it very easy to import pictures from your camera, an SD card, or a thumb drive. You get two adapters that plug into the iPad’s dock connector. One adapter provides an SD/SDHC card reader for the iPad. You can just take the memory card out of your phone or camera and the iPad can access and import the pictures. You can even delete the images from the camera after importing them into the iPad. It supports JPEG, TIFF, and many RAW formats.
The second adapter provides a USB port for the iPad. This was designed for cameras or phones with a USB cable so that you could access the pictures without taking out the memory card. This adapter has an undocumented benefit of also working with USB keyboards. If you connect a USB keyboard, the iPad will display a message about the device being unsupported, but the keyboard will work anyways.
You can also hook up a “thumb drive” to the USB port. The iPad will be looking for files in a root folder named DCIM and if you have other images or even videos (in formats supported by the iPad), they can be imported in as well. If your camera uses Compact Flash cards or other types of memory, you can plug a USB card reader into the connector and bring the images in that way. You can even connect an iPhone using the standard dock cable to the USB adapter to import pictures taken on the iPhone.
The biggest drawback is that all of the pictures go into a single gallery. It would have been nice if the iPad could let you create or specify another folder for the pictures.
